三、任职要求
1. 具有博士学位，在海内、外知名高校、科研院所、国际知名企业担任正（副）教授或相当职务；
2. 具有世界一流的研究水平，近5年在重要核心刊物上发表过具有重要影响的学术论文；或获得国际重要科技奖项或掌握重要实验技能、关键技术；
3. 具有独立组织研究组开展研发工作的能力，对将组建的研究团队具有独立运行和成本核算的能力；
4.诚实守信、学风严谨、乐于奉献、崇尚科学精神，年龄不超过50周岁；
5.在签订聘任合同后一年内全职到岗工作。

Open Position at
Artemisinin Research Center, China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences
Artemisinin Research Centerof the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences has beenjust founded inthe Institute of Chinese Materia Medica. It will playan important role in advancing the institute’s research mission. The research center is led by Professor Tu Youyou, a world-renowned scientist and educator who discovered the drug artemisinin and its effective treatment of malaria in the 1970s. Professor Tu has engaged in artemisinin research with her team for over 40 years and has made numerous discoveries and contributions in Chinese medical science. Her work is regarded as one of the most significant breakthroughs in tropical medicine in the 20th century, and she was awarded the 2015 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine.
The Artemisinin Research Center is at the frontier of new research for malaria treatment and new drug developments. With its continuous expansion, the center is seeking new talent to further advance its research on artemisinin, and is looking for individuals who havestrong academic and research backgrounds in artemisinin research or related fields to join the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Successful candidate willset up a research group to expand the research on the effect and mechanism of artemisinin on malaria treatment and related diseases.

Qualifications:
Ph.D. degree, must have worked ata well-known domestic or foreign university, research institute, or internationally renowned enterprise; Professor, Associate Professor, or equivalent titles are preferred.
Extensive research experience with high impact papers published in the past five years; or a winner of important international science and technology awards; or a talent investigator with outstanding experimental skills or key technologies.
Able to carry out research and development independently and to lead a research team with proper budget management.
Must have an excellent work ethic, rigor, dedication, honesty and be trustworthy.
Must be under 50 years old.
Able to start work within 1 year after signing the employment contract.
